Kelifos is a travel agency and a Greek tour operator that offers via its website (s) https://www.kelifos.travel (hereinafter "the site"), the development and sale of trips tailor-made for Greece.
These general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as "GCU") are intended to apply exclusively between Kelifos and any person wishing to access the site and / or use the services offered from the site (hereinafter " the user ").
Any use of the services offered via the site automatically entails the application of these terms. We ask you to read them carefully.
We inform you that the provisions of these terms are subject to change in particular due to legislative and / or regulatory developments, without Kelifos being held responsible. Definition
The Site: refers to the website of the company Kelifos, accessible from the address https://www.kelifos.travel
User: any internet user who browses and/or uses the services offered by Kelifos from the site.
Services: designate all the services offered by Kelifos, namely travel services and associated services.
Customer: any internet user who, after accessing the site, (i) subscribes to the Newsletter, and/or (ii) makes a request for a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a proposal for travel services received from Kelifos.
Use of the site
The site is accessible free of charge anywhere by any user with internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the services remain at his expense. Likewise, Kelifos cannot be held responsible for any internet connection problem attributable to any equipment and/or operator used by the user (reduced speed or broken connection).
From the site, users have access to the following information and / or services:
- A varied offer of trips covering most of the countries open to travel (free access to all Internet users)
- Detailed information on the various products and services offered by Kelifos (free access to all Internet users)
- Specific access to request a quote online from the "custom travel request" section
- Access to a personalized space accessible to any customer with access codes to view the quote offered by Kelifos and/or the travel contract subscribed.
Guarantee and Liability
Kelifos will make its best efforts to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Kelifos, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
For the proper management of the site, Kelifos may at any time: suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the site, reserve access to the site or to certain parts of the site, delete any information that may disrupt operation or entering into contradiction with the applicable regulations, suspend the site in order to proceed with updates.
The responsibility of Kelifos cannot be engaged in the event of a failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the site or to one of its functions.

The user or the customer must securely store any username and password allowing them to access the site, or any part thereof, as these are strictly confidential, and must not authorize any person to access the username and password and use them.
The user or the customer is responsible for all activities related to the services accessed or used via their account. By using the services, the user and the customer declare and guarantee that:
- all the information communicated is true and precise
- that they maintain the accuracy of this information
- their use of the service does not violate any applicable law or regulation

All content and material on the service, such as texts, graphics, videos, audiovisual works, logos, photographs, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Kelifos or its licensors and they are protected by the copyright laws in force in Greece and the applicable international laws. The content and materials present on the site, operated, licensed or controlled by Kelifos cannot be copied, except by a user only for personal use, and such content and materials may not be distributed, republished, downloaded, published or transmitted in any way without the prior written permission of Kelifos. Modification or use of the content or material for any other purpose would violate the intellectual property rights of Kelifos and/or its licensors.
Kelifos is a registered trademark and registered logo of Kelifos IKE; they are the property of Kelifos IKE. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited by law. No part of the service or of the terms & conditions should be interpreted as granting, implicitly, or otherwise, any license or right to use the brand/logo displayed on this service without the prior written authorization of Kelifos specific for each use. The use of the brand/logo as part of a link to or from any website is prohibited without the prior written permission of Kelifos.
